The location is simply outstanding: only 50 metres from the Teatro Massimo but in a very quiet alley. We slept very well! The flat was spacious and the division of space is brilliant: solid wood sliding doors separate the bedroom from the living room, so we could relax while the kids slept on the sofa bed. Also very convenient was the kitchenette with a real fridge for the little ones' needs.

I stayed in one of the rooms. As soon as you walk in you immediately notice the quality of the materials: the wooden furniture custom-made by the carpenter gives the room an incredible touch of class and warmth. The Wi-Fi is literally a splinter (I had to work in smart working without any problem). Very much appreciated the coffee machine in the room for the morning.

Our flight was hugely delayed and we arrived in Palermo late at night. Knowing we had access via digital key saved us the night, zero stress contacting the host! The accommodation is a real gem, the bed was very comfortable and the shower fantastic.

Brand new and very clean establishment. You can see that it is designed for a clientele that seeks quality. We rented one of the flats: having the kitchen and laundry service available was essential for us who were travelling around Sicily for a week. Truly a stone's throw from the vital centre of Palermo but zero noise at night. "In the centre but relaxed" is not just a slogan, it's the truth!

Strategic position to get around Palermo on foot forgetting the car (conveniently left at the car park). Our standard room was beautiful, smelled of new wood, with a super large wardrobe and a very comfortable minibar. We loved the designer furniture and the quietness of the street.

We took two flats for a weekend with friends. Magnificent facility. The 50 sqm spaces are large, the sofa beds very comfortable (not the usual uncomfortable sofas) and the private bathrooms spacious and modern. The fact that everyone could come and go when they wanted thanks to the digital key from the phone made our holiday super flexible. We will definitely be back!
